TOOLS — CLAUDE SKILL
Build a premium scroll-driven landing page where scroll is the timeline — video scrubs under the wheel, sections pin and advance, headlines assemble line by line, the ground shifts colour as you travel. The skill interviews you, commits to one of eight page grammars, passes a uniqueness gate so no two builds share a skeleton, then builds and verifies the page by screenshotting its own scroll.
THE WORK — a reference build: this studio’s own homepage rebuilt as a split-stage scroll argument, zero credits spent. Scroll inside the frame to drive it.
Scroll Craft builds scroll-driven interactive landing pages for any business: a service company, a physical product, a food or drink brand, a studio. Scroll becomes the timeline — video scrubs frame by frame under the wheel, sections pin while their content advances, rails pan sideways, and the page ground changes colour as the visitor travels. It is a method, not a template: every build starts from an interview and commits to one of eight mutually exclusive page grammars, from filmic one-shot to typographic poster to split stage.
What keeps the output honest is the fingerprint gate: each new build must differ from every previous one on at least four of six structural dimensions — grammar, nav treatment, hero device, act sequence, close pattern, signature move — so two builds from this skill never share a skeleton. This is OGtraplord’s maintained fork of Nate Herk’s scrollcraft (MIT), extended with field notes from production builds and two verification-harness patches that upstream lacks.
This is for anyone who wants the Apple-style scroll experience without their page coming out looking like everyone else’s.
Scroll-driven pages fail in predictable ways, and the skill is engineered around each one.
The download is the entire method — engine, scripts, references and the lessons production already paid for.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Interview | Learn the brand before designing anything |
| Brief and grammar | Commit to one page grammar and a signature move |
| Uniqueness gate | Prove the build is structurally new |
| Assets and build | Real semantic HTML on a design-system floor |
| Verify | The page proves itself before it ships |
The skill treats structure as the brand decision, not a demo to reskin.
The deliverable is a static page whose motion cost is engineered, not discovered.
This exists because scroll is the one interaction every visitor already knows how to perform — and because uniqueness, not motion, is what makes these pages land.
A few things worth knowing before you download it.

A Claude skill: the full method, plus the scripts and reference material it needs. It installs into your own Claude Code setup and runs there, so nothing about your project leaves your machine on our account. You can also take just the SKILL.md if you want to read the method before installing it.
Yes. Both the zip and the raw SKILL.md are free downloads — you just need a free account so the downloads can be tracked.
Those two skills are about film: Scroll-Film Studio generates a continuous cinematic shot, Animated Website turns footage you own into a scroll site. Scroll Craft is about page structure — eight grammars, a signature move, and a gate that forces every build to be structurally new. Film is just one of its grammars, and several of the others need no footage at all.
The original scrollcraft is by Nate Herk, published under the MIT licence. This is OGtraplord’s maintained fork — renamed Scroll Craft, licence and notice preserved — extended with production field notes and two verification-harness patches learned from shipping TONNAGE and THE WORK. You get the fork; the upstream credit travels with it.
Every step listed in the sidebar and in the overview table is part of how this skill actually runs. There are 5 of them, and each one is described in the Skill Steps panel beside the article — expand any row to read what it does.
That is the intended path. Nothing ships as-is — it gets rebuilt around your brand, your copy and your goals. Start a project and describe what you are building.
Scroll Craft ships as a Claude skill — one download with the whole method inside it. Install it, point Claude at it, and build.
