OGtraplord — Legal

Sheet L-04 · CCPA Notice

This notice supplements the OGtraplord Privacy Policy for residents of California, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. It explains what we collect, what we do with it, and the rights California law gives you — in the same plain words as the rest of our legal pages.

The honest headline: we don't sell personal information, we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and there are no ad trackers on this site. Most of this notice follows from that.

1.Information we collect

In the past 12 months, the site has collected these categories of personal information, all described in detail in the Privacy Policy:

  • Identifiers — name, email address, IP address (rate limiting only).
  • Commercial information — what you bought in the Prompt Shop, prices, payment status, PromptPay slips you upload.
  • Internet activity — chat conversations with the site's AI assistant and your member download history. No browsing trackers, no analytics scripts.

We collect it directly from you (forms, chat, orders) and automatically from your device (IP, server logs). We do not collect biometric data, precise geolocation, or sensitive categories like health or beliefs — and card numbers never touch our servers.

2.How we use it

  • Running your account and unlocking purchases.
  • Answering chat conversations and enquiries.
  • Verifying payments (PromptPay slips, crypto confirmations).
  • Sending service email: confirmations, receipts, password resets.
  • Security — rate limits, spam honeypots, abuse prevention.
  • Improving the site by reading our own transcripts.

These are "business purposes" in CCPA terms. There is no advertising use.

3.Who we disclose it to

We disclose personal information only to service providers, and only what each needs: Google (Gemini API — chat messages), SlipOK (PromptPay slip verification), NOWPayments (crypto checkout), and Hostinger (hosting and email). Details are in the Privacy Policy and the DPA.

In the past 12 months we have not sold any personal information and not shared any for cross-context behavioral advertising — so there's no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, because there's nothing to opt out of.

4.Your rights & choices

As a California resident you can ask us, up to twice in a 12-month period, to:

  • Know / access — what categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, where it came from, and why we have it.
  • Delete — remove your personal information, with the legal exceptions (completed purchase records are kept for bookkeeping).
  • Correct — fix inaccurate information.
  • Port — receive your data in a usable format.

How to exercise them

Email gem.tra@ogtraplord.com from the address on your account — that's how we verify it's you (we may ask a follow-up question if something doesn't match). An authorized agent can act for you with your written permission. We'll confirm receipt within 10 days and answer within 45 days, in the same format you asked in.

5.Non-discrimination

Exercising any of these rights never changes how the site treats you — same prices, same service, same account. Deleting data that a feature needs (like your account email) simply means that feature can't work anymore, which is physics, not punishment.

6.Do Not Track signals

Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Since this site runs no tracking of any kind, there is nothing for the signal to switch off — every visitor already gets the untracked experience.

7.Minors

The site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 — so we have no minor data to sell, and never will. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and it will be deleted.

8.Changes to this notice

If our practices change in a way that affects California residents, this page gets updated and the date at the top changes — the same no-silent-rewrites rule as the Privacy Policy.
