Terms of service.

1.Who we are

OGtraplord ("we", "us") is an independent web studio based in Bangkok, Thailand. We design and build websites, sell the production prompts behind our template builds, and share free tools with members. How we handle your data is covered separately in the Privacy Policy.

2.Your account

• Accounts are free. Give real details — your email is how purchases, receipts, and resets reach you.
• Keep your password to yourself; what happens on your account is your responsibility.
• One person per account. Don't share a paid account around.
• We can suspend accounts that abuse the site, the chat, or other people. We'd rather not.

3.The Prompt Shop

The Prompt Shop sells the production briefs behind our template builds — art direction, section-by-section copy, motion specs, and build notes. Single prompts are priced individually, and the Everything Bundle unlocks every prompt including future ones as they're published.

Purchases attach to your account and unlock the moment payment confirms. What each prompt contains is described on its shop page before you buy.

4.Prompt license

When you buy a prompt, you're buying a licence to use it — the prompt text itself stays ours. Here's the deal in one breath:

You may

• Use prompts to build websites and products — for yourself, your company, or your clients, commercial or not.
• Modify, remix, and adapt them however you like. What you build with a prompt is yours.

You may not

• Resell, republish, leak, or give away the prompt text itself.
• Bundle our prompts into another prompt library, marketplace, or course.
• Buy once and distribute across a whole team or community — that's what separate accounts are for.

5.Payments

• Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is the full price, upfront.
• PromptPay — the checkout shows the amount in Thai baht at the day's posted rate; scan, pay in your bank app, upload the slip, and verification usually takes minutes.
• Crypto — handled by our payment processor; your order confirms automatically once the network settles.
• We never see or store card numbers.

6.Refunds

Prompts are digital goods that unlock instantly. That said, we're not interested in keeping money for something that didn't work: if you're not satisfied with a purchase, email us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full. Because prompt contents are revealed immediately, we may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (such as repeated purchase-and-refund patterns). Duplicate or failed payments are refunded, full stop. Refunds go back to the original payment method via the payment provider you paid with.

7.Custom client work

Building your site for you is a separate engagement with its own scope, agreed by email before anything starts. The standard schedule is half to start, half at launch — details live on the Pricing page. Where a project agreement and these terms disagree, the project agreement wins.

8.Free member downloads

The tools and skills in the member dashboard are free for your own use — personal or commercial. Don't re-host them, sell them, or pass them off as your own work.

9.Acceptable use

• No attacking, scraping, or overloading the site — the rate limits are there for everyone.
• No using the chat assistant to abuse, spam, or attempt to break things.
• No unlawful use of the site or anything bought from it.
• No trying to bypass paywalls or access other people's accounts or data.

10.Our content

The site's design, copy, template demos, and imagery belong to OGtraplord. Browse, link, screenshot for commentary — all fine. Cloning the site or lifting its content wholesale is not. (If you love a build that much, its prompt is literally for sale.)

11.Warranties & liability

The site and everything sold on it are provided as-is. We work hard to keep everything accurate and online, but we can't promise the site is uninterrupted or error-free, and prompts depend partly on the AI tools you use them with — results will vary.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the site or a purchase is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and meaningful changes get a visible note on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute we can't settle over email (the strongly preferred method) belongs to the courts of Bangkok.
