Every build here is live in production.

The work, taken apart

Not a gallery of screenshots — case studies. What each client needed, what got built, the decisions in between, and where it runs today.

The whole build.
From one brief.

Scroll — the three case studies
stack in as you go.

01 · Product build — web app

One link in.
The whole wedding out.

A designed invitation page, guest RSVP with real tracking, and secure photo delivery after the event — multi-tenant, so a venue can run every wedding it hosts on it. Built in days on Next.js and Supabase, hardened at the database layer, live with a full bilingual demo.

02 · Client work — marketing site

The evening, sold.
Before anyone boards.

A premium private yacht charter on Bangkok's Chao Phraya river needed a site that looked like the experience it sells. The answer was footage-led: the client's own drone reel, re-cut into seamless loops on every page, with packages, events and a lead-capture flow that pre-fills what the visitor was reading.

03 · Studio build — browser game

Twenty cars, sixteen corners.
Not one binary asset.

A Formula race weekend in a browser tab — a five-kilometre road course, working DRS zones and a pit lane, all under a live broadcast overlay. Every texture is drawn procedurally at boot and every sound synthesised in WebAudio, so the whole build ships without a single image or audio file. Thirty-five QA suites and eleven visual metrics gate every change to it.

04 · Studio build — browser game

No engine. No install.
Just a link.

A first-person shooter art-directed like a film frame — one rain-soaked street, sodium light against neon, a full cinematic post stack — built in Three.js with no engine and no bundler. Graded against real AAA reference stills for six rounds until the lighting held up. Playable right now, from a link.

The studio's own portfolio piece: one continuous scroll-cinematic fall through Bangkok at 3am, down into the room where the work happens.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

Yes. The Legacy Yacht runs at thelegacyyacht.io, the wedding platform has a full bilingual live demo, and Operation Blackout is playable in a browser tab right now. Every case study ends where the build actually runs.

Every project gets a fixed quote before work starts — no surprises later. As a reference point: a landing page is $1,490 one-time, and a website of up to six pages is $3,900. The pricing page has the full breakdown.

Weeks, not months. There's a clickable staging link from week one and changes ship daily. A landing page is live in about two weeks; bigger builds take longer.

You do. Domain, code, content and analytics live in accounts in your name from day one — no lock-in, any team can take over. And every build is supported after launch, following the same six-step process.
